Conference venue and facilities
Le Tre Vaselle Resort & Spa’s conference venue and facilities are located very close to the entrance of the resort and in the Guesthouse. The largest rooms are next to the Bar del Quadrivio, can accommodate up to 150 people, and are perfect for conventions and meetings. The Guesthouse is the ideal place to host presentations, press conferences, company board meetings and briefings.
The Ottobrata Room is suitable for banquets up to 250 people; the outdoor terrace can host cocktails up to 200 people; the Four Seasons room can welcome coffee breaks and happy hours. The Guesthouse offers the Dioniso Room for lunches and dinners up to 100 people, and the Veranda for buffet breakfast meetings.
You event in Torgiano may get enriched with wine tourism activities such as visits and tastings at the Lungarotti Winery, as well as exciting visits to the Oil and Wine Museums, trekking activities in the vineyards. Hall of the Arches
It is a large and welcoming room, ideal for exclusive business meetings. The bright hall is divided into three sections by wide arches, it allows you to set up a relaxing and multifunctional workspace, and is decorated with highly elegant and valuable furniture. The room can also host coffee breaks and lunches or gala dinners.
Arianna and Ditirambo Rooms
They are two elegant meeting rooms specifically designed for intimate business meetings. The Ditirambo room is bright and cosy, it is equipped with an elegant round table that can accommodate up to 10 persons; the Arianna is a wider room and has a large rectangular table that can accommodate up to 14 persons.
